  I came from interstate and wanted to register my car in WA. I had booked for inspection and the workshop called me back on the next day. He did it quickly and completed within 1-2 Hrs, I had time for going to DoT and register in the same day. Fast and reliable, recommended!

  Automotive Insight were recommended to me. I found them polite, friendly and professional. It was my first time using their services and I will definitely go back. I found their communication and knowledge excellent. I trusted their advice. They even cleaned my car, looked great!

  I recently visited Automotive Repairs for a routine pit inspection, and I am appalled by the level of unprofessionalism and negligence displayed by their staff. My experience has left me deeply dissatisfied, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment to warn others.
  
  During the inspection, my car's door handle was completely removed, leaving it only hanging by the electrical wires (see photo). Prior to bringing my vehicle to Automotive Repairs, I had never encountered any issues with the door handle. However, when I went to pick up my car, I was shocked to find it in such a state. Instead of taking responsibility for their actions, the staff had the audacity to blame me, insisting that the door handle was already damaged prior to the inspection. This claim is utterly false and a blatant attempt to avoid accountability.
  
  What adds insult to injury is the dismissive attitude exhibited by the Automotive Repairs team. Rather than addressing the damage they caused, they nonchalantly added the broken door handle to a list of supposedly pre-existing issues, which were discovered during the inspection. This approach not only demonstrates their lack of professionalism but also their willingness to deceive customers.
  
  As a customer, I trusted Automotive Repairs to handle my vehicle with care and expertise. Unfortunately, they have failed to meet even the most basic standards of service. The fact that they refused to rectify the damage they caused further highlights their disregard for customer satisfaction.
  
  I strongly advise anyone considering Automotive Repairs to think twice before entrusting their vehicle to this establishment. Their unprofessionalism, dishonesty, and refusal to take responsibility for their mistakes are unacceptable. There are numerous other reputable repair shops available that prioritize customer service and exhibit a higher level of professionalism.
  
  In light of my experience, I regretfully cannot recommend Automotive Repairs to anyone seeking reliable and trustworthy service for their vehicle.
  
  Edit: response to your response. You ripped out my entire door handle compartment. It was perfectly fine for years before my visit. You take no responsibility for your actions and so my review remains.
